I reached out to Victor to help me with posture and form for deadlifts, squats and shoulders. He explains everything in all detail; what muscles to activate before an exercise, mind-muscle connection, while looking at the form and guiding me through the exercise. He knows a lot of exercises for each muscle group too! After our sessions, I am very confident in my posture for all the exercises I worked on with Victor.
